Simulation Analysis of Cylinder Winding Prestress Based on Ansys

چکیده

Abstract Based on the distribution and layer characteristics of prestressed steel wire-wound cylinder four-column hydraulic press, its supporting parts not only bear constant stress caused by internal pressure, but also withstand alternating cylinder, then produce gradual accumulation plastic deformation. This paper uses theoretical calculation formulas to solve corresponding parameters, establish a three-dimensional constitutive model, Ansys workbench optimize thermo-solid coupling simulation, compares with results verify rationality design winding cooling loading. The wire 400MN plate press is combined. Setting rated working pressure 88MPa,an inner diameter 1500mm,its layers are divided into 10,8,6,4 2.Based comprehensive analysis simulation results, optimum initial table number obtained. According number, influence law preload coefficient parameters block analyzed.
